Rabbi Mordechai Torczyner is developing his WebShas project, an intelligent topical index to the Talmud.

This project, which Rabbi Torczyner began as one of the first Jewish websites in 1995, indexes everything from stories to laws to legal theory to scientific assertions to history found in the Talmud.
